These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RestoPros of Joliet website and any services we provide. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold, and related restoration services in Joliet, IL and surrounding communities. All work is performed by our trained technicians or authorized subcontractors and, where applicable, is subject to a separate written work authorization or service agreement signed at the time of the job.

Emergency response

We aim to respond quickly, and most of our crews arrive within about 60 minutes of your call. Response times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic, call volume, and other factors outside our control.

Estimates, pricing, and insurance

• Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change once the full scope of the damage is known.
• You are responsible for payment for services rendered, regardless of insurance coverage or payout timing.
• If you authorize us to bill your insurance directly, you agree to cooperate with the claim, sign any required documents, and pay any amounts your insurer does not cover (including deductibles).

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and property information.
• Give our crew safe access to the affected areas.
• Let us know about known hazards, pets, or fragile items in the work area.
• Keep insurance, utility, and account information current so we can complete the job efficiently.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestoPros of Joliet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Warranties and disclaimers

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Services are provided in accordance with the workmanship standards described in your service agreement. We do not guarantee that all items or materials can be fully restored, especially after severe fire, smoke, or water damage.
